How would you do this? This site has an RSS feed (actually, a couple). There is an orange RSS Feed icon up in the url bar above. If you click on that, you will see the RSS feeds for this site. If I wanted to submit one of those, I would click on one of them and get the address. I would then go to one of the feed aggregators and submit it. A couple of examples would be:

I would submit the rss feed and some tags giving me the benefits in the search engines. There are even RSS submitting tools that will do the work for you, like this one RSS Submitter
